A SUPER QUICK FIRE SKYFF/FPL/EFOOTBALL POST (THE GW 8 MATCHES IN)

De Gea (9 points) – £7.3m & Rashford – £8.1m (14 points as captain) came in and delivered well (appearance, assist & shots tier)

Goal & shots tier (plus appearance) for Toney, despite having his first penalty saved.

Shots tier for Andreas (+2, 4 points in total), likewise for Mac Allister (several goal attempts had).

Mostly positive stuff really, and really glad to have freshened things up.

One match day at a time. One match at a time. One match day at a time.

45 points with 1 left to play

Rashford captain returns with 12 points, as captain that is.

Watkins bags again.

That Haaland lad got 2 goals (transfered back in).

An ‘assist’ from Henry (won a penalty).

Mixed fortunes from Toney, but nevertheless he got a return (a goal)

Just waiting for the auto sub as Raya got 0 points…yes that is a joke.

Obviously there are a few negative returns/zeros/blanks, which is annoying, but there is still all to play for.

No towels are being thrown in.

I think 9 seasons in I’m very much a bit – that was meh or sound.

Let’s see what scripts are to be written later on in season 9 of FPL (for myself).

Bailey made a cameo appearance (went off on 28 minutes, aproximately), and Haaland is the star of the show.

Jokes aside.

Not every decision goes your way, on to the next matches.

Besides, I’m too high off that work out and that after shower feeling to truly care really!

Well.

No hits taken, no chips left etc.

Feelin’ pretty liberated to be honest, the chips have been a boost.

Not a great GW, but overall I am pleased with the wildcard that played I in GW28.

Not going to over analyse here, guess what you pick some players – they score or they don’t, they get assists or they don’t , they get clean sheets or they don’t – time to move forward.

DGW29 score of 129 points was one of my best ever scores since playing FPL, got to take the rough with the smooth, onto the next matches.

As much as I am mindful of the fixtures, having no chips (mostly banked well), is liberating I think, one GW at a time & all that.

One GW at a time. One GW at a time. One GW at a time.

Take the positives & all that jazz.

Here is my current eFootball team/squad – line up can slightly change match to match, based on form, team playstyle, collective strength etc – the core of the line up stays the same. A few changes are usually made to the match day squad every few days, given how form can change across a season.

Not that I play many matches on there, got loads on you know, but it is a fantastic way to let off some steam.

(Don’t break the 4th wall, too much)

Martinez, Trent, Bastoni, Van Dijk, Alfonso Davies; Mac Allister, Bruno G, Kudus; Salah, Mbappe, Rashford / De Gea, White, Trippier, Willock, Benrahma, Watkins, Jesus

Please note that form on EFootball generally is a reflection of form in ‘reality’, as in Europe’s top European elite leagues (I hate saying that word, elite, but there we are).

The game is not a fantasy football game, therefore for example – Watkins being on my bench in that image does not mean he is not used in matches (especially given the 5 subs rule).

Efootball is a free app to download.

Anyway, I scored a hat-trick with Alexis Mac Allister in an online match (rank is determined by online matches) today, that really is winning.

Well, back to ‘reality’, I went to Sainsburys tonight and that indoor work out was brilliant, I know how to have a wild Saturday night.

(This is another post done)

Sorted.

One response

  1. […] Trent assists (plus tackles tier, +2) – 5 points, Salah (captain) puts a pen wide again, but gets shots tier 2 (+3) – gets 16 points as captain […]
