Fresh air, good for the brain or the mind or the psyche.
Well, it does not take a rocket scientist to know that getting out around nature has so many positive effects on you.

So picture perfect, it is like looking at a postcard.

In moments like these, you slow things down.

Get perspective.

Feel happy.

Take it in.

Enjoy things.

Stone Roses reference aside, band references all over the place here, just letting the chaos do it’s thing!

Feelin’ this Beatles in India, The La’s 90s & Coral 2000s-esque look until October ish.

Still game for big walks, a half day out/morning walk today, what a walk!
One of many brilliant ones to have here with so many green spaces, at times this place does my head in – anywhere can be like that for anyone – with the graft of it all – the big city noise & all that!

Tryin’ to get by, feels like walkin’ a tight rope at times but luckily all of that yoga helps balance wise!

And having sound people around helps/boss music to listen helps too, half of the battle that.

So times like these & with so much boss stuff going on here – just so glad to have all of this here!

Back to the walk then.

Started off on the walk by listening to fast punk/rock ish music – an awesome Aussie band – then it went more mellow & chilled as the nature hit was very well received.

‘The Scrubs Rewatch Experiment’ – so good the links to it appear in this section twice! Technically or grammatically speaking it could have been more ‘precise’ or ‘accurate’ but generally speaking it was an interesting post to put together – hours of writing & editing – but it came together eventually! With this website/I.T lark technical problems can sometimes can occur and some posts are a bit smoother than others. At the end of the day, this post was about highlighting the quality, superb & in depth show that ‘Scrubs’ is – and capturing emotion – and quite a bit of psychology terminology in the mix for good measure!

For me, this shows the beauty of how seemingly negative feelings or experiences can be turned into something positive.

It appears to be that Wet Leg are more – dare I say it –  ‘punk-esque with their new stuff & yet pop ish & yet rock yet something else – wow loving it.

Heard ‘Catch These Fists’ a little while, loved it pretty much straight away, now loving ‘CPR’ too.

Never has the words ‘level up’ sounded so good – do I keep that in.

Yeah.

Anyway, what a band.

This band just has something.
