A Walk In The Park – Quite Literally – A Hug From Nature (Tongue In Cheek Post)

Walking in a park is really good for you.

There are studies done on it and that – well or being around nature basically.

I had a walk in the park before, it was sound.

I put some tea in my reusable cup.

And off I went.

Helping the environment you see, as I wear my purple trackie pants, and escaping reality for a bit.

I do not have money for a gym membership so the world is my gym.

I sometimes go the extra half a mile on the weekend – to the park – I basically walked through a storm the other day (I got on the wrong bus so I had to walk for ages).

So even storms don’t stop me, I just walk through them (literally/metaphorically speaking).

I needed a hug from nature, and getting loads of steps in on nature’s treadmill.

Sometimes I don’t have tunes on so I can listen to the soundtrack of nature – I can’t write that – too late.

I think the hippie version of myself is coming back now – a bit – or I am just some daft get writing anything here really.

Sometimes people actually smile at each other or talk to each other.

But whatever.

I don’t know what this post is anymore.

So yeah, I got away from reality for a bit, from the grind.

It is all a grind.

A continious grind.

That reminds me, I need to sort my washing out.

Time is money – not literally.

I’ll probably make a coffee first.

Then sort my washing out.

Get team news at 1 pm.

And then get score updates from Forest Villa or listen to it or whatever.

Suppose it is not too bad then.

I can see the woods from the trees again now – not literally.

Do I post this now, or add some fancier words in, nah it’s sound.
