It is a Saturday night and I am in yet again, of course I am, many people are I think.

Listening to the football – it is so exciting – how did things here become so dull, draining and laborious (fantastic word that, glad I used that).

Well, I got the milk in.

That is a positive (says tongue in cheek).

I have a million tables to update later on (not literally) after listening to BBC 5 Live ‘for fun’ (not really).

Well, I have lots of positives really, so I am getting back to appreciating what I have again now.

My glass is half full (my cup literally is half full).
