When You Are On The Spectrum – 6 Positive Ways To Embrace Not Going Out

1. It is good for you – to a point – that’s the line when ya skint & on the spectrum

2. You can get an edge or an advantage the following day – I make a coffee at 8 am instead of at 9 am

3. Chilling alone & gaming – gaming is a bit cool now – especially if you’re still living like me like you’re still in your 20s

4. Go to the supermarket it’s still technically ‘out’ – it sometimes helps me get my steps up to 10,000 (exciting)

5. It is better for your skin to avoid alcohol – probably

6. I haven’t got a 6th – well this died a death, I’m off out for a bevvie (not really)

Actually – I do – it allows me to stay focused, be sharper mentally and to be more productive the next day.

Don’t worry – I’m not going to give up the day job – laugh or cry.
