6 WAYS TO DE-DYSPRAXIA/TO HELP THOSE ON THE SPECTRUM (MY COPING STRATEGIES)

1. Have a bag (near you) – keep stuff in there – this minimises the chances of losing things.

2. Have a system – phone in right pocket for example.

3. Do yoga or other excercise – to help with your balance.

4. Write notes on your phone – to help get feelings or emotions off your chest – and write positives from the day (e.g walks or a positive conversation with someone).

5. Try to do more things that require a form of expressionism, languages, the arts, using your mind – such as being good with numbers, statistics etc.

6. Read in small bursts – articles may be particularly useful – watch documentaries/podcasts on YouTube to stimulate your mind.
