6 Positives Things That I Have Done In 2023 – This Is Rational Thinking (Plus Some Parody)

1. Using the ‘Samsung Health’ App – doing at least 10,000 steps a day or more – 15,000 (or more) – it defintely keeps me on my toes.

2. Opening up more – letting feelings or emotions out can be a really positive thing when channelled well and/or done properly – plus actual meeting up with mates when possible.

3. Watching podcasts on YouTube – The Diary of a Ceo, High Performance podcast are a couple of podcasts that spring to mind – I am taking positives out of those – listening to those have helped me to tidy my room (to a point).

4 Using LinkedIn – I have got back in touch with numerous people – made new contacts – and somehow still have contacts on there.

5. Blogging – it is trying to get the balance right in terms of avoiding burnout – but it absolutely can be a useful outlet.

6. Typing notes – even if it just writing something like ‘Taking Some Stock’. Plus, Writing positive things that I have done that day like sometimes I write something like – (Hoy) Ha Sido Un Buen Dia – providing that my Spanish is still ok – that is ‘it has been a good day’).
