I have thought about it.

I think I’ll stay for Liverpool.

I just find that I can put my time and energy elsewhere – but I am saying that now – I think that going out to watch matches in the pub is sound.

And going to the match here and there – there is a lot to appreciate about football. Actually, I may take in some football again soon – in some way.

The reality is that footballers – women or men – and especially footballers who are on 100 or 200 k a week or more (or something like that) are not going to change my life a great detail – in this moment in time (07/08/23).

It is decent though isn’t it – competition is a useful thing to have in life – whether it is against someone or against yourself.
