I had a run before. I am feeling pretty good. I just really need to break this cycle. I have been stuck in such a big rut but getting that room tidy and desk clear is such a big game changer.
Even just seeing the visuals there helps – books, beer mats (to put a cup of tea on there) etc.
I know it really is time to get my head down now. I have just taken a break to sit down and write this, I have to go out to get the food and then back to it.
This is a huge change in mindset for me – I have applied psychology before to help me with trivial things such as games – but this is real now.
I have to get this right.
