I have not been going on Insta as much. I actually think that it is boss. Just went on it then though but I am gradually becoming more disciplined again. I think it’s all one big trade off basically – as in pretty much everything that is. I genuinely really like Instagram – and whilst (or while, whatever) I am getting harder on myself – I have been a hypocrite. I have put pics up of myself after or before workouts, I have taken pics of days out or of parks. So you deserve to be disciplined Steven you naughty boy – it is past 5 pm now – 17:04 to be precise. So you can go on it after you have posted this. OK, how do I edit this and not make it look as weird – nah – it’s sound. But yeah, I do like following bands on there, seeing what’s what etc. It’s sound in moderation I reckon.
