I have came up with a lot of coping strategies for Dyspraxia but sometimes I can still have moments where I drop something, spill something or press the wrong button on a device or something like that.
That said, I do know that I can help myself more in other ways to do better at certain things.
But little things like putting cups on tables actually helps, or having some kitchen roll (or something like that) in my bag or something like that.
And in turn that bring about funny moments or sometimes make me look ‘weird’ but I know that I am better at avoiding these type of moments now.
