Welcome back into my life Franz Ferdinand.
What a band, genuinely think they’ve got loads of belter tunes.
OK, so I’ve got their 2004 self-titled album ‘Franz Ferdinand’ album on here.
Really takes me back to seeing them live in Benicassim many life times ago, think it was in 2009 or around that time (ah, take me back, well music sorta is in a way).
First up.
‘Jacqueline‘
Now I’m listening to ‘Tell Her Tonight‘
Next up is ‘Take Me Out’.
I like how these tunes just flow into one another.
Or at least that’s how I’m listening to it now.
Yeah, this a bit of an experiment this (what’s new, well this actually).
Honestly, who’d read this.
Well, thanks to the 4 people that will (or are reading it, once this is out).
In case you were wondering this song is 3:57 minutes long (nice bit of useless piece of information for you there).
(Where’s the quotes bit on here, it’s ok leave that)
Hang on lad.
‘The Dark of the The Matinée’ (see how I used italics there, boss that lad isn’t it).
Proper taking me back this one.
I’m time travelling (mentally) with music here.
‘Find me and follow me through corridors, refectories and files’.
‘Auf Achse’
Yeah, this is the bit where I’m like why did I start doing this but I’ll keep at it, mesin, I’m enjoying this album again.
(I’ll add the photo later on, sound)
In case you were wondering this is the 5th track of the album, welcome to music stats here lad.
Stay with me, this is better than watching 90 YouTubers going on about Tik Tok.
Possibly.
I mean it’s easier to read something than watch sometimes right (when you want something that is stimulating or you don’t any noise on, I don’t know.
Reading can defo be relaxing and take your mind to many places once you get in the zone.
(I could go on YouTube suppose, nah I prefer being a little loner in the corner)
Anyway.
‘Cheating On You‘
Another quick fire tune (sort of).
Ah here comes flow state (I think, or feeling relaxed or in the zoner or whatever).
Once I get in the zone I’m laughing, need to stay there now.
‘This Fire‘.
Yeah this song is 4:14 minutes long (content this you know).
I’m glad to be listening to an album in full again (ADHD thing sometimes you know, kinda, or I just prefer listening to one off tunes sometimes).
Next up.
‘Darts of Pleasure‘ is next.
I’m not the Guardian so don’t expect me to put up what time is it or whatever (this is a timeless zone lad, sorta).
This song is 2:59 minutes long.
I think these quick songs work a treat for some bands or artists.
Ah here comes ‘Michael‘.
Ah.
32 seconds (ish) intro there, I love a long intro me.
I remember the video for this, back when music channels were a thing you know.
I’ve watched one music channel since 1998 I think.
(Stay in the zone)
Ah lad, sometimes I feel like more like a blagger than a ‘blogger’.
Anyway, what a tune.
‘Come on Home‘.
Lovely intro that.
Nearly there now, one song left.
I think sometimes some bands or songs sound better depending where you are (especially trapping that sound with headphones on).
What am I saying there, well.
‘40” is up next.
This has been really productive, honestly.
Rubbish jokes aside, this is boss for those who want to improve their focus.
So yeah, just get Franz Ferdinand on & do this, that’s all.
Mesin (ish).
I’ll edit this in a minute (not too much, it’s a stream of consciousness).
Think it’s pretty much sound, it’s boss being dyslexic you know.
But once I get in the zone I become overjoyed with flow.
And that’s a wrap.
(I’ll add the photo bit now)
