5-2-3/3-4-3 in ‘reality’ (similar to Wolves’ formation, who normally play with Neves & Moutinho pulling the strings and with wing backs) 5-4-1 in ‘fantasy’ FPL (going off previous seasons at least) { including some possible differentials }

Goalkeeper
Schmeichel
• Leicester City have kept 2 cleans at home in recent matches and are set to face two of the bottom half in their next 3 league matches.
Defenders
Trent
• Highest returning defender in the Premier League in 2021/22 (clean sheets, assists & goals combined).
Hoever
Represents Wolves and their impressive defensive numbers this season (one of the best defensives in the league in 2021/22) – can play as centre back or be rotated in for Semedo at wing back (or * possibly * at full back) – and can be a super cheap enabler and may feature a bit more with Saiss off to AFCON.
Veltman
• A cheap Brighton defender who can play as a centre back or at wing back or full back.
Sánchez
Scored in GW21 and is part of a Spurs side that is unbeaten under Conte and is seemingly condeding less goals or at the very least looks more compact.
Cancelo
• Only Trent has more returns as a defender and continues to have excellent underlying numbers.
Midfielders
De Bruyne
• The Belgium is a possible differential, a key influence in Manchester City’s midfield and pops up in different areas with his excellent passing range and has a thunderous shot on him.
Soucek
• West Ham United’s joint top scorer in the league in 2020/21, makes late runs in the box when possible and is a huge threat from set pieces (getting on the end of them).
Bowen
One of the most in form players in the league, highest assister (may include FPL assists, I think anyway) and has impressive underlying numbers.
Jota
The Portuguese has scored 10 league goals in 2021/22, is a key part of Liverpool’s attack and is really versatile in being able to play different positions.
Forward
Ronaldo
Only 3 players have scored more league goals than Ronaldo this season, has scored against numerous bottom half sides (set to face a fair few soon) and is Manchester United’s top scorer in the league this campaign.
Subs (4)
Martinez
Argentina’s number 1 is set to play Manchester United in GW22 but is a viable option with Villa’s fairly decent fixtures coming up afterwards.
Hayden
Bench fodder (cheap and an enabler) – he plays sometimes.
Joelinton
Bench fodder, playing as a midfielder under Howe and is cheap.
Benteke
Not receiving too many minutes but generally is involved.
3 Former Premier League Players (Nostalgia)
Nordfeldt
Former Swansea City goalkeeper.
Cazorla
Was well in double figures for goals and assists in his first season in the Premier League (what a player and a joy to watch he was).
Dzeko
Former Premier League winner (now at Inter Milan) scored a fair few in the league and the Bosnian caused plenty of problems for numerous teams.
