Here is another imperfect stream of conciousness review/summary (or summaries), the hectic schedule makes it tough, and being Dyslexic!
But anyway, hopefully there are points trends, observations etc to take away from it.
Part of doing these, is the writing it with some structure obviously, but letting it go where wherever really (and having fun with coming up with some puns with the titles and doing other bits).
| 12/12/21 | 16:30 (UK) | Selhurst Park | Crystal Palace 3–1 Everton |

▪ At the time of writing, Gallagher has scored/assisted 11 goals (fantasy football assists may be included) in 15 starts in the Premier League in 2021/22.
▪ Going off current form, Gallgher is showing consistency home and away, having scored the same amount of goals at home (3) as away from home (3) in the Premier League in 2022
▪ Crystal Palace win their 3rd league match at Selhurst Park this campaign – 13 points gained at home – only 6 teams have picked up more points than Palace in the league in 2021/22.

| Leicester City Score 2 or More Again / Leicester City Win Back To Back Home Matches / Leicester’s Attacking Options Shine Again / Vardy Gets Another Rest |
Leicester City win back to back Premier League home matches for the first time this season, with a handsome win against Newcastle United (4-0), whilst their top scorer (Vardy) is wrapped up in cotton wool (metaphorically speaking).
▪ Maddison scores his 4th league goal since GW9.
▪ Maddison has now scored/assisted 8 goals (unofficial/fantasy football assists may be included) since GW9.
▪ Maddison continues to be influential (sort of as a 10), making runs in behind (a fairly new aspect to his game) and is on some set pieces for Leicester.
▪ Vardy (at the time of writing) has 9 league goals to his name (only Salah has scored more than him), doesn’t start a second consecutive league match, and doesn’t play a single minute in a league match for the first time in this season.
▪ Vardy has mainly been rested for Leicester’s Europa League matches, but he did start away from home against Napoli (3-2), but the 34 year old has not started in most of Leicester’s Europa League matches (and he has not featured much at all in the competition this campaign).
| 12/12/21 | 14:00 (UK) | Turf Moor | Burnley 0-0 West Ham United |
▪ Burnley get their 3rd clean in the Premier League in 2021/22.
▪ Burnley draw their 8th league match of the season.
▪ West Ham United get their 4th clean in the Premier League this season.
▪ West Ham United have 3 shots on target or less in a 3rd consecutive Premier League away match (2 of the 3 matches were away against the 1st and 4th best defence in the league, in terms of goals conceded in 2021/22, and away against a Burnley side that has conceded 1 goal or less in 5 of their 7 Premier League matches at home in 2021/22.)
▪ West Ham United fail to score in a Premier League match for only the 3td time in 2021/22.
▪ Despite a third consecutive away league match without a win, and after some tough away matches recently, West Ham United remain 4th, are through to the knock-out rounds of the Europa League (as group winners) and are in the quarter-finals of the League Cup.
| 11/12/21 | 17:30 (UK) | Carrow Road | Norwich City 0-1 Manchester United |
| 0-1 (1-0 in GW15) To Manchester United Again / Ronaldo Scores Away From Home Again (He Scores At Home Too!) |

▪ Ronaldo scores/assists in a 3rd consecutive Premier League away start (0-1, 4-1 & 0-3).
▪ Norwich City fail to score in a second consecutive Premier League match – albeit those said matches having been against 2 of the top 7 – and have not scored in 3 of their previous 4 league matches.
Norwich City lose at home in the league for the first time since being defeated by Leeds United (1-2) in GW10 and lose a second league match since GW10 (unbeaten in 4 of their previous 6 Premier League matches).

▪ Liverpool pick up their 10th league clean sheet of the season.

▪ Salah scores/assists in a 14th consecutive league match in 2021/22.
| 11/12/21 | 15:00 (UK) | Stamford Bridge | Chelsea 3–2 Leeds United |
| Chelsea & Leeds Roll Back The Years In A Wild Game / Chelsea’s Defensive (Or Midfield) Problems Continue / Jorginho Spot On / Mount Scores Again |
Chelsea concede in a 4th consecutive Premier League match but manage to beat Leeds (3-2) to win their first match at home in the league since beating Norwich City (7-0) in GW9 – albeit having only gone 2 matches at home without a win (but every point counts, especially in a title race).
Also, it is Tuchel’s side’s first league win since beating Watford (1-2) in GW14, and ends 3 matches in all competition without a win, whilst scoring their 19th, 20th & 21st goals at home in the Premier League in 2021/22.
▪ Chelsea concede 2 goals or more for a 3rd consecutive match in all competitions (3-2, 3-3 & 3-2) – and concede 2 or more in back to back league matches.
▪ Leeds United concede 3 or more in a Premier League match for the first time since GW4 – Vs Liverpool (0-3).

| 11/12/21 | 12:30 (UK) | The Etihad Stadium | Manchester City 1-0 Wolves |

Manchester City narrowly beat Wolves (1-0) thanks to a somewhat generous penalty given, but regardless of the decision, it was converted by Sterling.
▪ Sterling scores his 100th Premier League goal.
▪ Ederson gets 100th clean sheet for Manchester City.
▪ Bernardo Silva has now scored/assisted (fantasy football assists included) in 5 of his 6 Premier League matches since GW11 (including GW11).
| 10/12/21 | 20:00 (UK) | Brentford Community Stadium | Brentford 2–1 Watford |
| Brentford Win Back To Back Home Matches |
▪ Brentford win a second consecutive Premier League home match.
▪ Brentford showed great determination, spirit and persitantance to score twice with aproximately 10 minutes left (including injury time) to win 2-1.
▪ Brentford had 64% possession, at times were not most accurate with their passes, but showed the different ways they can attack teams (possession, counter attack & crosses/set pieces).
▪ Brentford continue to create a reasonable amount of chances, be a threat from wide areas and set pieces.
▪ Watford continue to concede in every Premier League match (16) in 2021/22.
▪ Watford score in a 4th consecutive Premier League match.
▪ Dennis scores his 7th league goal of the season, at the time of writing, the Nigerian international has scored/assisted 13 goals this season.
▪ King did not score, but did hit the post and had some threatening moments (appeared to started on the left but cut in at times).
▪ Watford appear to be playing a sort of 4-1-4-1 formation, it may be that Dennis and King rotate for the number 9 position (both likely to start more often than not), although it is possible that Ranieri opts to play a front 2 (front 3 when Sarr is fit and available) – depending on the opposition.
▪ Watford may well have easier matches to come, despite the fact Brentford have conceded in most home matches this campaign, only 3 teams have scored 2 or more goals at the Brentford Community Stadium and it has not been a particular easy place to go this season.
