▪ Team mainly picked with the system/formation (4-1-4-1/4-1-2-3/4-3-3) in mind, best players (ratings) and form; the team can be changed from game to game (tweaked) or adaptable to different situations or players may occasional swap sides (e.g Jota can play anywhere in a front 3 or can play in a 2, he occassionally played in a 3 5 2 (for Wolves in fairly recent times).

▪ Christentian is currently playing in a back 3 for Chelsea (mostly, it can change, but appears pretty settled) but this is a flexible game and I think he is a centre back that can play in a back four, I try to be as systematic as possible but I also am able to try a few different things and adapt to different players and teams.

▪ This team/squad will be tested out in manager (SIM) games against the computer soon.

▪ Once again, I don’t have a UEFA coaching badge but I do have an imagination, different players at my disposal and like to look at the different ways teams play.
