• What a relentless season.

• No transfers made in FPL but one head to head win in the bag at least, not a classic GW but got an ok amount of points and some nice returns in Sky FF.

• Baffled by some of these captain returns, especially with players with high XG, it feels like some players away from are better captain choices at times.

• Break glass moves are to captain set piece takers/highly owned players/heavy hitters as they are often most reliable.

• Not all bad, few ups and downs with the captaincy, thinking of a possible alternative approach in that sense, ‘experimented’ captaining more ‘defensive’ players in Sky FF, thought for thought.

• A chance to take stock now, GW 25 concluded a bit earlier than some DGWs/midweek GWs, glad to have my teams in decent shape/option of making (a) transfer(s)/using my squad as well as possible (need some luck with having players fit and available, especially with Covid, hence why having options helps).

• Time to stay calm, reflect, look in to few things or experiment or think of possible approaches/ideas.

• Perspective is needed, rushed decisions or panic or rage decisions or emotional ones often do not go well, better ones are made calm, informed and/or feel good or are appealing to enjoy a GW more or seek possible opportunties to gain green arrows.

• Take care in these tough times, try to enjoy (fantasy) football as much as possible and think of times it has gone well.
